The challenge. An NDIS registered support coordination provider in Tuncurry, moving into its first office. They needed everything set up from scratch: internet, WiFi, phones and computers, plus a way to keep participant records secure and organised for NDIS audits.
What we did
- Handled the IT for their first office move, so the team could start work in the new office straight away.
- Upgraded the internet to fibre to the premises (FTTP) and set up WiFi so staff can work anywhere in the office.
- Full managed IT support: monitoring, security, backups and help desk.
- A VoIP phone system so calls reach the right person, in the office or out with participants.
- Moved their files to SharePoint and set it up to support NDIS audit compliance.
- Designed their logos and built their website.
